All Important Shipping Information at a Glance:

Processing and Production Time Before Shipping: Please allow 2-5 business days for the processing and production of your order before it is shipped.

Tracking Number: You will receive your tracking number immediately after the processing and production is completed. It may take approximately 1-3 days for the tracking number to become active on the tracking page.
Additional Shipping Information During the COVID-19 Pandemic
We are fortunate to have strong partnerships with our partners in China, which has greatly helped us maintain our operations during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic as much as possible. Since February 2020, we have been working diligently to adapt to the changing global delivery landscape and are utilizing all available resources to make adjustments wherever possible to ensure orders are shipped as quickly as possible.
- Shipping Duration: All products take between 5 and 12 business days from the time of shipping. Shipping is free and is handled by DHL and similar shipping providers.
Unfortunately, despite our efforts, there may sometimes be pandemic-related delays that are beyond our control:
1. Before the Goods Are Shipped

Certain regions may temporarily experience lockdowns or operational interruptions (including our facilities in China), causing packages to be held by the carrier in the country of origin for some time (worst-case scenario: an additional 2-5 business days to the standard processing time).

Lockdowns may result in temporary suspension of the delivery of production-critical materials for your products (worst-case scenario: an additional 2-5 business days to the standard processing time).

We in China may also face renewed business restrictions due to lockdowns, including staff reductions or temporary closures (no precise predictions possible).

2. After the Goods Are Shipped

Certain regions may temporarily experience lockdowns or operational interruptions, causing already shipped packages to be held by the respective delivery company for some time (worst-case scenario: an additional 2-5 business days to the normal shipping time).

Due to the significantly increased volume of online orders and simultaneously reduced staffing, customs and import stations (where you may need to pay import duties) are more burdened than usual, which can delay the processing of your import (worst-case scenario: an additional 2-5 business days to the normal shipping time).

Lockdowns may restrict personal deliveries to your doorstep due to infection risks. Packages may be delivered to your local parcel station instead, where they will remain until you pick them up or until home deliveries are allowed again (no precise predictions possible).

Freight space and route availability for airlines are only gradually returning to pre-pandemic levels (worst-case scenario: an additional 2-5 business days to the normal shipping time).
