Cancellation and Exchange
1.1
Once an order is placed on our website, you may cancel or modify your order by sending us an email.

Once an order has been packaged, it can no longer be canceled or modified; instead, the order must be returned to us according to Section 10 below. Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, which are beyond our control. If the item(s) are already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then send them back to us. Of course, you can still inform us of your withdrawal in advance. To ensure the fastest possible return process, we ask that you provide us with a shipping confirmation.
An early refund is possible at the earliest 16 weeks after the order was placed, provided the goods are not received.

Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are triggered immediately upon submission. Interrupting the shipping process until delivery is therefore not possible, meaning a refund prior to receiving the goods is only available within 24 hours of placing the order.

Our return policy is part of these terms and conditions, which govern your access to and use of our website.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can send us an email to notify us of the product you wish to return and then send the product back to us. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The product must be received by us for the customer to be eligible for a refund. We will inspect the returned product upon arrival.

You must ensure that the product is returned to us in the same condition as it was received, properly packaged. The product must be unused, with untampered product tags, and in its original packaging. If a product is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to reject the return. If a product is returned in a damaged state, we also reserve the right to reject the return.

Our processing time for returns depends on your order.

If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned product, we will send you an email approving your return. A refund will then be issued shortly to the payment method used for the order, after we notify you of the return approval. No storage fee will be charged for the product.

The withdrawal process is considered complete once the physical goods have been received by us.

Steps for Cancellation

Request the cancellation form from our support team and send it back to us completed, signed, and scanned.
Please use a return method with a tracking number to ensure your return can be traced. This way, you can notify us in advance of the return, and the received goods can be clearly assigned to the correct order. This is the only way we can ensure a quick refund. Once the return is received, we will be notified of its arrival, and the refund will be processed. For the return, please only use a shipping method with a tracking number to allow us to track the return.
